A Rebirth: Iowa Economic Trends, 2001-2011When Harvey Siegelman retired as State Economist in 2001, a website that he had developed and maintained for a decade retired, too. Business users called for it to be re-established and Iowa Workforce Development came to the rescue. SEG rebuilt the website and trained IWD staff to maintain it.
